Academic details: target exam, qualifications, batch, attendance, test scores and performance reports.
Payment details: fee receipts and transaction references. Card or UPI details are processed by our payment partner and never stored by us.
Usage data: pages visited, device and browser type, collected through cookies and analytics.
2. How we use your information
We use personal data only for clear, limited purposes:
To respond to enquiries and provide counselling.
To run classes, tests and share performance reports with students and parents.
To send timetable changes, results and important notices by SMS, WhatsApp or email.
To improve our courses, website and study material.
4. Storage and retention
Records are stored on secured systems with access limited to authorised staff. We keep student records for the duration of enrolment and up to three years afterwards for certificates and verification, unless a longer period is required by law.
5. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and withdraw consent for marketing messages at any time. Parents may exercise these rights on behalf of students under 18.
