1. Admission and enrolment
Admission is confirmed only after the enrolment form is complete and the first fee instalment is paid. Batch allocation depends on seat availability and may be changed with prior notice.
2. Fees and payment
Fees are as listed in the course brochure or fee receipt at the time of admission.
Instalments must be paid by the dates on your fee schedule.
A late fee may apply to payments more than 7 days overdue.
Fees once paid are non-transferable to another student.
3. Refunds and cancellations
A full refund (minus a ₹1,000 processing fee) is available if you withdraw within 7 days of the batch start date. After that, fees are not refundable except where required by law or where Vertex Academy cancels the course.
4. Student conduct
Students are expected to attend regularly, respect faculty and fellow students, and follow centre rules. Vertex Academy may suspend access for misconduct, harassment or misuse of facilities.
5. Study material and intellectual property
All notes, cheat sheets, test papers and recorded lectures are the property of Vertex Academy and are provided for personal study only. Copying, reselling or sharing them publicly is not permitted.
6. Online services
Login access is personal. You are responsible for activity on your account. We aim for continuous availability of online classes and tests but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with its effective date.
